AI simulation training: practise the hard calls before they count
AI simulation training puts managers into realistic situations, scores their decisions and coaches their words. In fact, Seven builds these simulations into in-person and virtual programmes. As a result, people practise a delegation call, a difficult conversation or a crisis. Then they see where their judgement differs from an expert's.

What AI simulation training is, and what it is not
AI simulation training is practice in a realistic, scored scenario, with AI coaching on what the learner decided or wrote. Unlike a case study, a simulation gives people a decision to make and a consequence to see. In short, it is simulation-based learning with a coach beside every learner. You may also hear it called AI simulation-based training.
In practice, an in-basket exercise is the simplest example. A learner faces an inbox of competing requests and then decides what to do with each one. For example, they delegate, route, keep or decline. Seven runs this as an in-basket simulation, so you see the pattern across ten choices instead of one right answer.
It is not a video, a quiz or a chatbot. Instead, each scenario has a written expert model behind it. Therefore feedback stays consistent, and every difference is explained.
Learners make the call
First, people choose under pressure in a fictional but realistic situation. They commit before they see any answer.
Choices meet an expert model
Next, the simulation compares each choice with the expert's. Then it explains every difference, so people learn the reasoning and not only the answer.
AI coaches the words
Finally, AI coaches written work such as a handover or a difficult conversation. A facilitator then leads the debrief.
AI simulation training inside in-person and virtual programmes
First, we do not sell simulations as a separate tool to log into. Instead, we build AI simulation training India organisations can use into our programmes, in the room or online. In other words, this is blended learning with AI. First, the facilitator teaches the model. Then the simulation lets people practise it, and the debrief turns it into habit.
Try a delegation in-basket simulation
In fact, this is a working version of a simulation from our leadership programmes, trimmed for one person on a website. In a session, groups work it together while the facilitator watches the results arrive.

Expert answers reflect Seven's delegation model. Handover coaching is generated by AI against that model. Names and situations are fictional.
24 AI simulation use cases for leadership and people skills
In total, our leadership simulation exercises cover decisions, conversations, customers, people processes and crises. In addition, management simulation exercises help new managers practise. Each one is an in-basket, an AI role-play simulation, a practice drill or a decision game. Also, every one can be rebuilt around your own scenarios.

We build simulations for any situation you can describe, using your own cases, policies and expert answers.
How a live AI simulation training session runs
The website sample is for one person. In a programme, however, groups work the same simulation together. As a result, AI simulation training stays under the facilitator's control.
Group workspaces
First, each group gets its own workspace and a passcode. Therefore teams work together, and nobody sees another group's answers.
A facilitator dashboard
The facilitator watches progress arrive from every group, so they know who is stuck and who is ready.
Reveal on cue
Expert answers stay hidden until the facilitator reveals them. As a result, people commit to a decision before they see the model.
AI coaching
Also, AI coaches written work, such as a handover or a difficult conversation, against the expert model in seconds.
A debrief report
Finally, each group gets a report of its choices, scores and differences. In addition, the facilitator sees patterns across the whole room.
Any room, any platform
Likewise, the same simulation runs in a training room, or online on Zoom or Teams.
The debrief is where learning happens. So the facilitator spends the session on discussion, not on marking.
How we build simulation-based learning for your programme
Overall, a simulation is only as good as its expert model. So we start with your best people, not with software. In effect, we turn what they know into a scenario others can practise on. Scenario-based learning only works when the scenario feels real, so we write it in your context.
Because the scoring rules are written down, results stay consistent between groups and between sessions. Likewise, you can change a scenario when your business changes.
We also build AI roleplay for conversations, such as feedback or a customer complaint. In an AI role play for managers, AI plays the other person and coaches your learner's words. That is experiential learning with AI at its most direct.
Choose the moment
First, we pick the situation where judgement matters most, such as a tough customer call.
Capture the expert model
Next, your best people tell us what good looks like. We write it down, with the reasons, so every answer can be explained.
Build the scenario
Then we write the situation with your context, names and constraints, and set the scoring rules.
Rehearse with your people
After that, a small group tries it and we adjust anything that confuses or misleads.
Run it and debrief
Finally, we run it inside your programme, in the room or online, and lead the debrief.
Responsible AI simulation training: four design rules
A written expert model
First, every answer is scored against a model your experts have approved. As a result, scoring does not drift from one session to the next.
Fictional by design
Next, names, companies and situations are fictional. So nobody practises on a real colleague.
The facilitator stays in charge
AI coaches the words. However, the facilitator decides what to reveal, what to discuss and how to debrief.
Not used to train AI models
We build on AI services whose business terms exclude training on customer data. As a result, your scenarios stay yours.
We design data handling with your legal team, with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Rules in mind. See the Press Information Bureau release on the Rules, notified in November 2025.
